All of our prints use high quality, acid free materials. Properly displayed under glass in standard indoor lighting and away from direct sunlight, it will preserve its original contrast and color intensity for a lifetime.
We always strive to package and deliver artwork in pristine condition. All of our prints are packaged flat, not rolled, with a foam-core base and shrink wrapped in plastic wrap. Then we use corrugated cardboard on both sides before wrapping in heavy duty shipping paper.
We use both Federal Express and/or United States Postal Service. Delivery times average three to ten business days. If you provide an E-mail address, a notification will be sent when the shipment occurs.
Refuse delivery if the shipping package has been severely damaged. Do not open the carton and notify us immediately. This will allow us to collect insurance from the carrier and your right for a replacement.
If you discover that the artwork has been damaged despite otherwise intact packaging, you can return it in the original packaging for a replacement. Please include your name, address and order number on the front of the package. Make sure you send it the way it was sent to you and insure it for its full value. We will reimburse you for the return shipping costs and insurance provided you return it according to the above instructions.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 5 days of receipt. Please include a copy of the invoice and explain why you are not satisfied with your purchase. Also indicate whether you prefer an exchange of the same value or a different print. We cannot give you a cash refund. Make sure you send it the way it was sent to you and insure it for its full value, all prepaid by you the customer. Federal Express and U. S. mail offer different levels of insurance. Be sure you return it properly insured.
